Mystery Shack sells products from various TCG’s on this Website for the purpose of opening them on stream. All products will be opened before shipping. By buying products on the website you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

Products on the website are noted in EUR and we offer several payment provider options. These can vary over time. After paying for the products the purchase will be added to a waiting list to be opened on stream. After being opened it will not be possible to get a refund. So please contact the streamer via chat, DM or email if you wish to revoke your purchase. Purchases could be effected by conversion fee’s by the payment provider. Take that into account before purchasing. If we suspect fraudulent behavior we are allowed to cancel your order until the matter has been resolved.

Shipping of purchased products will be determined on a later stage initiated by you the customer. All products opened on stream will be kept in storage at our brick & mortar until you want your products shipped or picked up at the store. If you reach maximum storage capacity, which is in the form of an ETB storage box, we will contact you to make shipping arrangements. If you buy products from us and after 12 months of your last purchase we have not heard from you we will dispose of your cards as we see fit. The ownership is then transferred to the store.

All shipments will be tracked shipping unless you visit the store for pick up. Address and opening hours can be found on the website.

All shipments will be done within a week of paying for shipping.

• We get back to you when it is ready for pickup
• Come to the store. Inform the personal that you intend to pick up your cards from stream and your name.

If you do not follow the instructions, you can’t expect us to be able to hand out your cards on the spot. Only prepared orders will be handed out.
